When the Lord leads me to prayer, He invites me gently because He knows my heart is easily spooked. He doesn’t rush me. He reassures me, saying “I am all gentleness.” He gestures to welcome me into His heart, offering a simple “Think with Me.” The invitation reaches me with such compassion that there is no doubt He is trustworthy.
